For the longest time I couldn't figure out what exactly I wanted this blog to be about, and finally I realized, what better to write about than exactly where I am in my life. I'm not a girl, not yet a woman, lol, I'm only joking, but there’s no denying everyone loved Christina before, well, she became a woman. Back to the point, after finishing my BA in applied design degree in Stellenbosch I moved to Cape Town to start my "real" life, as my parents would call it and in all honesty I thought it would be way more Sex in the City, except, money really doesn't grow on trees and finding your glamorous dream job is a lot harder than one would expect. On the plus side I'm utterly and completely in love with Cape Town and its amazing fashion scene. I recently attended the Tallest Man on Earth concert, and for all of you who live under rocks, he is a musician and not really the tallest man on earth, anyway, there were the most interesting ensembles that I've seen in a while, all I wanted to do the whole night was stare at all the beautiful people, and yes if course there was a bit of a cheerleader effect, but this is when I knew I was home, and that doing a blog, in this amazing city would be easier than I ever thought. So here’s to hoping that you guys love what I love and find this blog remotely interesting and for all of you who missed the concert or who live under a rock here is a little something from The Tallest man himself.
